The Six-Hour Memorized Deck

In The Six-Hour Memorized Deck Martin Joyal shows step by step how you can memorize the Joyal Stack in six hours or less! At the end of that time most readers will be able to name the card that lies at any position in the deck, and the position of any card requested! The Joyal system of memorization is simple, innovative and requires no mnemonic lists or mental calculation.

It's as if you had been given a brain implant. But this isn't science-fiction. The procedure is real and it works! In addition to this revolutionary memorization system, you will learn a number of astonishing tricks using the stacks and will be led through an in-depth study of deck stacks and the magic they can produce. The Six-Hour Memorized Deck quickly puts in your grasp new vistas of card magic that most magicians and mentalists only dream of possessing! Read the book and get ready to use your New Brain!

Long out-of-print, The Six-Hour Memorized Deck is now available as an e-book.

Hermetic Press went into a meticulous process to transform the original work into a PDF format and make the best of this format.

Minor and major refinements were brought in, illustrations and tables were enhanced with color, the page layout was completely redone, and two chapters were added to help you practicing what you have learn (one in which the rules are based on the CHaSeD order, and the other one on the SHoCkeD order).

You can now enjoy the history behind the evolution of stacks, card systems and memorized decks and learn the Joyal Stack with a revolutionary memorization method.

For years the Memorized Deck has been recognized by magicians as a tool capable of creating extraordinary magic feats with a pack of cards. Yet few performers use it, and those who do cause sensations, whether their audiences are other magicians or the public. That such a valuable principle, with such wide versatility, has been used by so few magicians seems as great a mystery as any produced by the conjurer's craft.
